The project encompasses the Town's right-of-way, Town-owned property, and work seaward of the coastal construction control line. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held in person on March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at the Public Works Building, 951 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, with an immediate site visit to follow at the Worth Avenue Clock Tower. Failure to attend this mandatory meeting will result in disqualification. Proposals must be submitted online through the EUNA Procurement platform by April 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. No proposals may be withdrawn for 180 days from the opening date.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award the contract to the proposer whose proposal best complies with the RFQ specifications. All questions and clarifications must be addressed during the pre-proposal conference, which is the sole opportunity for direct communication with Town staff; subsequent inquiries must be submitted in writing through the EUNA platform or via email to Duke Basha, Assistant Procurement and Contracts Manager, at dbasha@townofpalmbeach.com or (561) 227-7001. The RFQ documents are available on the Town's website at www.townofpalmbeach.com.
