This is a Biobased/Sustainable Products Statement form for Solicitation No. 127EAS26R0003, USFS California Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services IDIQ. The form requires contractors to declare their intent and commitment regarding the use of biobased and sustainable products in contract performance, as mandated by the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 and the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

The form provides space for up to ten biobased product entries. All contractors must complete the certification section with company name, authorized representative information, signature, and date, certifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted information. Product information and availability details are available at http://sftool.gov/green-products/1/construction-materials, and contractors are advised that failure to comply with biobased product requirements may result in penalties.
