About this file
This file is a Schedule of Items (SOI) template for a task order under the USFS California Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services IDIQ contract (Solicitation 127EAS26R0003). The SOI outlines pricing structure for pumping services at Sierra National Forest (SNF5) in the California Southern Sierra region, specifically for the Bass Lake Ranger District project (1171333) in FY26. The template presents four line items organized by transit time and frequency, categorized as: 1-2 hours (120 minutes), 3-5 hours (121-300 minutes), 6-8 hours (301-480 minutes), and 9+ hours (481+ minutes), with unit of measure listed as lump sum (LS) per each occurrence. All pricing fields are currently blank ($0.00), indicating this is a pricing template awaiting contractor input. The SOI is structured to capture round-trip frequency and total pricing for vault toilet services under Task 1 (Vault Toilet Small/Medium category), which represents the foundational service offering under the broader IDIQ contract that encompasses vault toilet pumping, septic tank pumping, portable toilet servicing, inspections, cleaning, disinfection, waste hauling, emergency pumping with 48-hour response capability, and remote/winter access services across USDA Forest Service Region 5.

| Schedule Notes | 1. Vault Quantity represents the number of vaults in the Vault Name "area" (ex. if "Vault Name" has a double vault- that is a building with two 1,000 gal tanks, the Qty would be represented as "2" vaults for that location under the applicable heading (e.g. Task 1 - Vault Toilet (Small/Medium) (<1,000 gal)) | |||||||
| 2. Per IDIQ Section H and TOPR Section 5.7, the Contractor shall propose the CTR Round Trip Frequency for this Task Order. If multiple dumps are required due to tank volume limitations, each disposal trip constitutes an additional round trip. The COR may identify anticipated RTs as an estimate only; Contractor is responsible for proposing actual RT frequency. | ||||||||
| 3. CTR Round Trip Frequency = total number of required round trips for all units listed, including additional RTs for each required disposal run. A single mobilization covering multiple units counts as one RT unless additional dumps are required. | ||||||||
| 4. Travel Time is the transportation transit time -- not the time on site pumping. | ||||||||
| 5. UOM - Unit of Measure | ||||||||
| 6. MoM - Method of Measure for travel price equates to transit time = (IDIQ Travel Tier Rate for selected Geographic Zone) × (Contractor‑proposed CTR Round Trip Frequency) | ||||||||
| 7. Scope Limitation Reminder. This SOI includes only services authorized under PWS Tasks 1–4. No repair, replacement, construction, infrastructure, or plumbing work may be performed under this Task Order. | ||||||||
| 8. Emergency (Y/N) Checkbox. If emergency pumping is required, select the Emergency checkbox for affected line items. Emergency services require contractor response within 48 hours of Government request, as identified in the TOPR. | ||||||||
