About this file
This document is a maps appendix for the USFS California Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services IDIQ contract. The maps illustrate the geographic scope of the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract across California's United States Forest Service regions.
The first map provides an overview of nine geographic zones within the California USFS service area: Northern West, Northern East, Central Sierra North, Central Sierra South, Southern Sierra North, Southern Sierra South, Southern West, and Southern East. Subsequent detailed maps show the specific National Forests and Ranger Districts within each zone, including the Klamath, Modoc, Shasta-Trinity, Lassen, Plumas, Tahoe, Eldorado, Stanislaus, Sierra, Inyo, Sequoia, Angeles, San Bernardino, Cleveland, and Los Padres National Forests. Each ranger district is marked with numbered circles indicating the estimated number of pumping locations within that district. The maps use color-coding to distinguish between national forest boundaries, highways, and other paved roads, providing contractors with clear geographic references for understanding the service delivery areas and work distribution across the contract's scope.
