PROPOSER'S QUESTIONS AND GOVERNMENT REPLY

Questions that may be of general interest to all Offerors and/or the Government and that are not readily answered by the proceeding changes will appear below. These questions may have been paraphrased or altered to represent several questions regarding the same subject and/or simply revised to clarify and simplify the question(s). Questions and answers are issued to the Offerors "for information only" and do not revise the solicitation, plans or specifications.

BIDDER INQUIRY: "I am using Edge and I have tried to just "save as" files to desktop but I am still experiencing issues with downloading. I have downloaded and am able to open the amendment, however I receive an error message when I try to open the drawing files + specifications."

RESPONSE: The Plans and Specifications have all been revised and reissued with Amendment 2.

BIDDER INQUIRY: "We received a notification of an amendment for the subject solicitation and have downloaded all of the documents on SAM. We have encountered an error with 4 of the 5 total plan set PDF's, and the Reprint Specifications that were posted yesterday. The only plan set PDF that was able to be opened was 'Ft Drum Runway Lighting Repair - Final RTA Plans 25 APR 2025(109-217) _UPD23SEP25.pdf'. The error when opening in Adobe Acrobat was 'There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired'. We have tried downloading these documents and opening them on multiple computers and we have run into the same issue."

RESPONSE: The Plans and Specifications have all been revised and reissued with Amendment 2.
