About this file
This document provides detailed instructions for obtaining visitor passes and conducting a bidder walkthrough at Fort Drum's WSAAF Airfield. Contractors must complete the IMDR-ES_Form_2_APPLICATION_FOR_SPONSORSHIPv7 form, listing up to 5 people per application, and submit it to Jordan Moran and Andrew Mitchell by 24 Sept 2025. The form requires specific attention to ID types (must be Real ID compliant), and special considerations for foreign nationals or rental vehicles.
The bidder walkthrough will begin promptly at 0800 at the WSAAF Operations Build and Fire Station (Building 2065). Visitors must obtain a visitor's pass at the Visitor Center located just outside the North Gate before entering Fort Drum, and only one person per contractor/business will be allowed in the air traffic control tower during the walkthrough. For any questions or issues, contractors are instructed to contact Andrew Mitchell at 315-350-1989, and the access gate on route 26 is currently closed, with an alternative route marked on a provided map.
