Project Description

Electromagnetic Warfare Ground Instrumented Range (EWGIR) provides Marines with realistic training in the contested electromagnetic operating environment (EMOE). This modular, scalable system simulates diverse EM threats like jamming and spoofing, creating degraded, disrupted, and denied conditions. EWGIR tracks unit EM footprints, enabling real-time feedback on emissions control. The system supports after-action reviews with visual playback and automated reports. Designed for deployment at home stations and remote sites, EWGIR prepares Marines to effectively counter pacing threats across the electromagnetic spectrum, information environment, and space domain.
