About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the transfer of Government Furnished Material (GFM) between contracts for the Stryker Family of Vehicles. General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. is required to submit reports detailing any planned transfers of GFM between contracts or delivery/task orders 15 days prior to the end of each Task Order period of performance. The Government will review each report and provide disposition instructions within 10 days, and the contractor must submit a final report within 5 days of receiving disposition instructions. If disposition instructions are not received within 10 business days after submitting the report, the contractor has authority to transfer GFM automatically as long as any required corrections are made once instructions are provided. This CDRL is not required if the Refurbishment Contract Close-Out option is exercised for a given Task Order period of performance, and will be replaced by a different CDRL.
