About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for hazardous materials management program reporting requirements under a contract for Stryker vehicle retrofit, reset/refurbishment, and damage repair services. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit an initial draft hazardous materials management program report within 60 days of contract award, with the government providing comments within 30 days for contractor response. Thereafter, the contractor must submit an updated report every 180 days, with the government again providing comments within 30 days. At the end of the contract period, a final report is due 70 days before contract completion for government review and contractor response 10 days before the end of the contract term. The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates the Army Contracting Command in Warren, Michigan will issue a sole source request for proposal for these Stryker services to General Dynamics Land Systems, with quotes due by September 30, 2018.
