About this file
This document outlines tailoring requirements for a configuration management plan and details for a sole source contract solicitation. The configuration management plan tailoring specifies that the supplier will create and maintain product configuration documentation during contract performance. The supplier is authorized to use its own engineering change and configuration status accounting formats provided all required data elements are included.
The solicitation notice indicates the Army Contracting Command will issue a sole source request for proposal for a five-year requirements contract for Stryker vehicle retrofit, reset/refurbishment, and damage repair services. The requirement is reserved for General Dynamics Land Systems, with quotes due by September 30, 2018. The services required involve maintenance and repair of Stryker vehicles.
