About this file

This is a technical specification document for Tremco Low Rise Foam Insulation Adhesive application procedures, though no specific contracting agency or jurisdiction is identified in the file. The document provides detailed installation guidelines for adhesive application on roofing projects, specifying that insulation boards must be placed into the adhesive within 15 seconds of application and stepped into place without repositioning once set. The specification requires adhesive application at 12 inches on center in the field of the roof (four beads per board), 6 inches on center in perimeter areas (eight beads per board), and 4 inches on center in corner areas (twelve beads per board). No quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders meetings, award dates, or contract terms are specified in this document.

The document does not include pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, funding requirements or sources, or other contract-specific details. The specification indicates that ideal ambient temperature for application should be 45 degrees Fahrenheit and rising, with material temperature maintained between 70 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The document is dated 2023 and references Drawing No. TLRFIA-002, suggesting it is part of a larger technical specification set, but no additional contractual or budgetary information is provided.
