About this file

This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Facilities Management and Engineering, Field Operations Facilities Program Management Office. The document outlines strict confidentiality requirements for individuals granted access to sensitive government information across three primary categories: Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII), Sensitive Security Information (SSI), and Other Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) information.

The NDA comprehensively details the signatories' obligations, including requirements to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, promptly report any security violations, surrender all materials upon completion of duties, and potentially face administrative, civil, or criminal penalties for non-compliance. The agreement applies during the period of conditional access and continues thereafter, with provisions that do not supersede existing whistleblower protections or congressional disclosure rights. The document is designed to safeguard critical and sensitive government information across various federal agencies and programs.
