About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines requirements for an annual Excess Material Report to be submitted by 10 October each year via email. The report must list any Government Furnished Materials held in excess stock or with insufficient usage over the previous 12 months. It must be in Microsoft Excel format including fields for material identification codes, quantities, document numbers, unit prices and total prices. Acceptance is assumed if no response is received within five days.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Navy seeking proposals for CH/MH-53E aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services to support the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy aircraft operating in the Western Pacific region. The work would be performed through Planned Maintenance Interval Depot events and In-Service Repair requirements under the Naval Air Systems Command Integrated Maintenance Program. The solicitation was issued by Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka and includes 14 attachments outlining requirements.
