About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining the requirements for a Maintenance History Summary Report to be submitted by the contractor as part of an H-53E aircraft maintenance and repair services contract. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a Microsoft Office compatible report within 30 calendar days of aircraft completion summarizing maintenance data accumulated during the Planned Maintenance Interval Depot event. The report must include items listed in NAVAIR H-53E PMID Section 6-4 and be emailed to usn.atsugi.frcwp.mbx.h53-contract@mail.mil. The government will review submissions within five working days, with no response indicating acceptance. This CDRL is associated with solicitation number N6264920R0003 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command seeking a contractor to provide H-53E planned and unplanned depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul services in support of USMC and USN aircraft operating in the Western Pacific region.
