About this file
This contract data requirements list (CDRL) outlines requirements for submission of Examination and Evaluation Discrepancy Reports related to maintenance of H-53E aircraft. The contractor must submit an initial report no later than three business days after completion of all Planned Maintenance Interval Depot inspections, and submit updated reports monthly with any new discrepancies discovered by the fifth business day of the following month. Reports must be submitted in Microsoft Office format to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific via email. The government has five business days to review each submission.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command seeking proposals for H-53E Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Services to support Marine Corps and Navy aircraft in the Western Pacific region. The Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific will provide depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for these aircraft through planned maintenance interval depot events and in-service repair requirements under the Naval Air Systems Command Integrated Maintenance Program.
