About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for an Active Item Report to be provided under a Navy contract for H-53E aircraft maintenance and repair services. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit quarterly reports in Microsoft Excel format listing all government-furnished materials being maintained as inventory, including cognizance code, class, national item identification number, nomenclature, part number, unit of issue, quantity, and unit and total prices. The reports are due by October 15, January 15, April 15, and July 15 each year and are to be emailed to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific production and support offices. The government will have five business days to review each submission for acceptance.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Naval Supply Systems Command for H-53E aircraft planned and unplanned depot maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to support Marine Corps and Navy aircraft in the Western Pacific region. The work will be performed by the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific under the Naval Air Systems Command's Integrated Maintenance Program and In-Service Repair requirements.
