About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining reporting requirements for a Supply Effectiveness Report related to the H-53E aircraft. The contractor must submit monthly reports in Microsoft Excel format detailing supply effectiveness metrics such as not-in-stock demands, not carried demands, stock issues, and goal attainment percentages. The report requires separate worksheets for reset data and includes aircraft type/model/series, demand figures, issue rates, and goal attainment. Reports are due by the 5th of each month via email to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific production and supply offices. The Government has five days to review submissions and will indicate acceptance through lack of response.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Proposals from the Department of the Navy to provide H-53E aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific in support of the United States Marine Corps and Navy aircraft operating in the Western Pacific region. Services will be provided through planned depot maintenance events and in-service repair requirements in accordance with the Naval Air Systems Command Integrated Maintenance Program.
