About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining reporting requirements for a contractor providing H-53E aircraft maintenance and repair services. The contractor must submit weekly Situation Summary Reports and RESET Production Reports in Microsoft Excel format to advise stakeholders on aircraft status. The initial reports are due with the contractor's response to the Government's Induction Package for each aircraft. Updated reports are required weekly and within five days of completing evaluation and inspection phases to include all known information and plans. The reports must be sent to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific via email. The Government has five days to review and accept or reject each submission.
