About this file
This document is a Mechanical, Plumbing, and Miscellaneous Equipment Wiring Schedule that specifies electrical requirements for building systems and equipment installations. The schedule serves as a technical specification for electrical contractors detailing disconnect fuse wire, conduit sizes, and panelboard connections for HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical equipment.
The schedule provides comprehensive wiring specifications for multiple equipment types, including air handling units (AHU-1, DOAS-1), outdoor units (OU-1 through OU-4), indoor units (IU-1 through IU-4), condensing units (CU-1 through CU-4), backup units (BCU-1 through BCU-3), pump systems (P-1A, P-1B), and circulation/heating units (CR-1, UH 1-1 through UH 3-4). Each equipment entry specifies the electrical panel designation (EP102 through EP107), voltage (120V, 208V, or 480V), phase configuration (1 or 3 phase), amperage ratings, horsepower where applicable, fuse ratings, wire gauge specifications, and conduit sizes. General notes indicate that indoor units are powered by outdoor units; motor-rated toggle disconnects are required; manufacturers' requirements must be followed for certain installations; and branch circuits, starters, contractors, and wiring accessories must be provided per contract documents. The schedule continues on sheet EP504 and is marked as UNCLASSIFIED with a revision date of 3/16/2026.
