Summary of Changes incorporated into the 2nd Draft Solicitation for the H53 Depot Modification IDIQ RFP
· DRAFT Solicitation was released on 19 APR 2022.
· Second Industry Day was conducted on 04 MAY 2022
· Questions/comments generated from the draft solicitation and Industry Day have been addressed, and the following changes incorporated into the 2nd DRAFT Solicitation to be released on 13 MAY 2022.
· Business Systems requirements have been reduced to an acceptable Cost Accounting System only.
· CLIN structure has been simplified, rolling the individual CPFF CLINs for named AFC-TBD into a single Emergent Modifications CLIN.
· The requirement for Annex B to proposals has been added to facilitate Volume 3, Technical substantiating documentation
· Travel proposal requirements have been clarified
· AS9110C certification has been added as an acceptable alternative to AS9100D certification.
