About this file

This document contains a past performance evaluation matrix and information on a related federal contract opportunity. The past performance evaluation matrix assesses an offeror's performance on three previous projects in various categories including relevancy, quality of product/service, schedule, cost control, and business relations. All three projects were rated satisfactory or higher overall.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the U.S. Agency for International Development Senegal seeking proposals to implement operational support to the Ministry of Health and Social Action, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Water and Sanitation in Senegal. The selected contractor will provide analytic, management, capacity building, and logistical support services to improve health, education, and water, sanitation and hygiene programming through government-to-government cooperation. The opportunity involves supporting Senegal's shared vision for such programming with USAID to strengthen public sector management and resource mobilization.

The contract value was greater than $20M, which is comparable to the proposed project. All the RFP requirements for relevancy of the project have been met.ABC ProjectPerformance has improved over the current performance period, trend is positive, I would hire them again

Project #3Technical AssistancePerformance has remained stable but improvements are needed, I may consider awarding to them again
TEC's Final/Summary Consensus Rating of the Offeror's Past Performance* Satisfactory

*The rating assigned for the project being evaluated should reflect the adjectives being used by the TEC for the project. It should consider all past performance project information collected and use should that information to logically assign an overall rating for each offeror.
