About this file

This document is a Project Management Information System (PMIS) specification for the Santa Teresa Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Border Roadway Improvement & Construction (BRIC) project. The specification details requirements for using GSA's web-based PMIS, which is a mandatory project management tool for contractors. Key requirements include uploading all project documentation, using Microsoft Project for scheduling, attending mandatory training sessions, and ensuring continuous monitoring and updating of project information through project completion.

The associated federal contract opportunity is a small business set-aside for design-build construction services at the Santa Teresa LPOE in New Mexico. The project involves pavement repair and replacement across approximately 202,455 square feet, including surface and full pavement reconstruction, utility relocation, traffic control, and construction phasing. Contractors will be responsible for design and construction services, with specific tasks including localized pavement patching, temporary traffic maintenance, base and subgrade work, and providing detailed documentation of repair and replacement areas.
