Question Government Response
1 G G Q: Are you going have a site visit and pre-proposal conference? I can not find it in the RFP document.
There were two site visits for this acquisition, the first was held on 5 May 2009 and the second, which also served as the pre-proposal conference, was held 1-4 March 2010. The second site visit in
March 2010, provided an overview of requirements and a tour of facilities/operations. There will be no further site visits or pre-proposal conferences held.
2 PWS pg 36, para 2.35
Small
Business Plan and Section L
A Q: PWS pg 36, para 2.35 Small
Business Plan and Section L.
The DRFP Section L page 90of
112, para 4.3.6.1.1 defined the
Small Business requirement percentages as being based "on total subcontracting dollars band first, second, and third tier subcontracting dollars …". The final RFP Section L does not have have a Subfactor 6 for
Small Business Plan nor the definition previously provided for determining Small Business content. Please clarify that the
23% small business requirement as laid out in PWS pg 36, para
2.35 is based on the total subcontracting dollars.
Correct, the 23% Small Business goal is based on total subcontracting dollars for this acquisition.
