SHEPPARD TRAINER MAINTENANCE
PRE-PREPOSAL CONFERENCE and SITE VISIT
INVITATION
Prospective offerors are invited to attend a Site Visit and Pre-Proposal Conference for the Sheppard Trainer Maintenance requirement scheduled for 18 Nov 14 – 20 Nov 14 at Sheppard AFB. The agenda for the day is listed below and may be adjusted, based upon completion of scheduled activities.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Pre-registration is mandatory for the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit and one-on-one sessions. Each offeror must submit the following information for each attendee to Capt Michael Corrigan (michael.corrigan.2@us.af.mil) and Audrey Talamantez (audrey.talamantez@us.af.mil) no later than (NLT) 1200 Central Standard Time (CST) 7 Nov 14:
Name Date of Birth Driver’s License Number State of Issued Driver’s License Company
Security Forces personnel will conduct a background check of each attendee before granting base access. The Government is not responsible if an attendee is denied access to the base.
Note, being retired military or a DoD contractor does not preclude submission of the required information above.
LOCATION
Locations and instructions will be provided for events, including parking and bus pick-up sites, at a later date via FedBizOpps.
OBTAINING BASE ACCESS
All registered attendees will drive to the Sheppard Main Gate and present to the guard each passenger’s drivers license. Anyone not on the registration list will not be granted access and must refer to the visitor’s center. Without pre-registration there is no guarantee that a sponsor from the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be available to sign-on unregistered visitors.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
Prior to conducting the site visit, a pre-proposal conference will be held. Submit known questions in writing to Capt Michael Corrigan at michael.corrigan.2@us.af.mil and Audrey Talamantez at audrey.talamantez@us.af.mil NLT 1200 CST on 10 Nov 14 so the Government can provide an adequate response during the conference.
Meeting minutes will be recorded to summarize the conference discussion. Government responses to questions received and the meeting minutes will be posted to FedBizOpps.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Offerors must pre-register for one-on-one sessions NLT 1200 CST, 7 Nov 14. Sessions will be limited to 20 minutes each.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
All questions must be submitted in writing. Questions will be welcomed during the pre-proposal conference, site visit, and one-on-one sessions. The Government will provide question forms to submit throughout the event. Questions will be answered in writing and posted to the FedbizOpps website.
Should there be a difference between verbal and written answers, the written answers will take precedence. Questions and answers posted to FedBizOpps will not include company information.
OTHER INFORMATION
For planning purposes, certain facilities may not allow visitors to bring phones, watches, and/or keyless car remotes inside the facility. Please plan accordingly. The Government will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
