13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed to provide complete guidance.)

guidance: 10j: For Official Use Only (FOUO) information provided under this contract shall be safeguarded as outlined in the attached FOUO Addendum. The date of the addendum is 1 Nov 13 and remains current.
10k: a. Notification of Government Security Activity is required by FAR 52.204-2.
b. The contractor shall execute all positions requiring elevated permissions or elevated access to information systems, specifically those described in para. 2.1.6. of the Performance Work Statement, in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) 8570, DOD 5200.1, and DOD 8500.2.
11b: The contractor only receives classified material but does not have the ability to generate any classified material. Classification markings on the material that is furnished provides the classification guidance necessary to perform the contract.
11e: Contract is for trainer maintenance services. Classified markings on any classified material to be furnished will provide the classification guidance necessary for performance of this contract. This document serves as written notice of the letting of a classified service contract.
