About this file
This document provides information regarding a forthcoming solicitation for base operations support services at Prospect Harbor Space Force Station in Maine. The solicitation is expected to be released in January 2024 and will seek a contractor to provide non-personal services such as facility management, operations and maintenance, security, logistics, and environmental compliance. The requirement is set aside for small businesses and will utilize a subjective best value source selection process. Offerors must register in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment system, including the solicitation module, to receive solicitation materials and submit proposals electronically. The notice encourages any interested parties to direct initial questions to the contracting officer and identifies an ombudsman for any unresolved concerns. Funding is not yet in place so the solicitation remains subject to cancellation.
