About this file
This document is an attachment to a federal contract solicitation for the Solid State Phased Array Radar System (SSPARS) Reacquisition. It provides instructions for submitting past performance information (PPI) citations, including the required content and format. Key details are:
The PPI citation must include the offeror's name, contract information, a brief description of the relevant work performed, and contact information for government points of contact. Offerors must explain how their experience meets the relevancy criteria and address any performance issues or corrective actions. They must also provide information on small business utilization and subcontracting plan goals. The maximum number of PPIs allowed is 5, with a 4-page limit per citation. This aligns with the requirements outlined in the solicitation Section L.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation Request for Information (RFI) for the SSPARS Reacquisition, with a planned award in FY26. The current SSPARS contract, FA251822C0001, is set to complete on 30 April 2026. The government plans to hold an industry day in early 2024 to discuss the acquisition strategy.
