About this file
This is a no-conflict letter from Level 3 Communications (CenturyLink) to MetaWorld Civil Consulting, LLC regarding the Veterans Memorial Parkway Extension project in Volusia County, Florida. The letter, dated July 22, 2025, confirms receipt of an Initial Contact Letter dated March 10, 2025, and associated plan attachments. Level 3 Communications has reviewed the provided plan set and returned a marked-up RGB plan set as requested. The letter confirms that CenturyLink has existing facilities in the project area but does not anticipate any conflicts with the proposed work.
The communication establishes that CenturyLink requires only advance notice of construction dates from the contractor once those dates are determined. This no-conflict letter serves as confirmation that utility coordination between the project team and CenturyLink has been initiated and that the utility provider has approved the project plans with respect to their existing infrastructure in the Veterans Memorial Parkway Extension corridor spanning from E. Graves Avenue to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Beltway.
