This amendment modifies and renews the original Professional Services Agreement for Architectural and Engineering services that was originally effective March 3, 2015.

The amendment renews the agreement for a five-year period commencing March 4, 2020, and extending through March 3, 2025. The parties continue to perform their respective duties under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. The amendment incorporates updated provisions regarding public records requirements, inspector general audit cooperation, and scrutinized companies certifications. The consultant must certify that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List and is not engaged in a boycott of Israel. If the agreement value exceeds one million dollars, additional certifications are required regarding activities in Sudan, the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector, Cuba, and Syria. Public records access requirements apply when the agreement exceeds $35,000. The amendment was signed by both parties on February 24, 2020, by CPH, Inc., and June 10, 2020, by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
