About this file
The document is a Monthly/Weekly Maintenance Schedule for the Southcore Garage, associated with the City of St. Petersburg's parking facilities management contract. The schedule provides a comprehensive daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly maintenance checklist for various tasks including equipment checks, cleaning, safety inspections, and facility maintenance. Tasks range from daily activities like walking the garage and picking up trash to weekly responsibilities such as checking fire pumps and inspecting safety equipment, and monthly duties like touch-up painting and cleaning the maintenance room.
The maintenance schedule is part of a broader contract for managing multiple parking facilities in St. Petersburg, Florida, which includes six different parking locations. The contract requires a comprehensive approach to facility management, covering operations, staffing, security, maintenance, and financial management. The maintenance document specifically outlines a detailed tracking system where tasks are to be completed and initialed, with a requirement to notify management immediately if any issues are discovered that are not part of the standard maintenance routine. The schedule provides flexibility for maintenance personnel to document and track their activities systematically across different frequencies of required maintenance tasks.
