A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1100 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, Pennsylvania 19002 (Kohler Park), beginning at 11:00 AM. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all bidding documents, addenda, and related data, and confirm site familiarity and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The bid remains subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after bid opening unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bidders must submit comprehensive documentation including bid security, a qualification form with supporting data, a non-collusion affidavit, a surety agreement, and a public works employment verification form. All bidders certify that their submissions are genuine, non-collusive, and made without fraudulent, corrupt, coercive, or collusive practices, and confirm they have not been disbarred or suspended from federal or Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assistance programs. Payment for unit price bid items will be based on actual quantities provided as determined in the contract documents, and bidders accept liquidated damages provisions for failure to complete work within specified timeframes. The form accommodates submissions from individuals, partnerships, corporations, and joint ventures, each with requisite signature and evidence of authority provisions.
