About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Affidavit document required by Horsham Township, Pennsylvania for the 234 McKean Road Demolition project (Contract 26-00182). The affidavit must be executed by an authorized representative of the bidding contractor and sworn before a notary public. The document serves as a legal attestation that the bidder has not engaged in collusion, conspiracy, or any anti-competitive practices in preparing or submitting the proposal. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 1100 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, Pennsylvania, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The project scope includes demolition of an existing residential home, detached garage, two sheds, and asphalt driveway removal; capping of a domestic water well; abandonment of a sanitary service line at the main; temporary restoration of a stream crossing damaged by previous flooding; and grading and permanent stabilization of all disturbed areas to match surrounding topography.
The affidavit requires the contractor to certify that neither the bidder nor any authorized representative has been convicted or found liable within the preceding three years for any act involving conspiracy or collusion with respect to bidding on public contracts in any jurisdiction. Bidders must also warrant that no sales agents or commercial agencies have been retained on a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee basis except for bona fide employees or established commercial agencies. The affidavit is a standard document that must be completed, notarized, and submitted as part of the bid package. The document contains blank spaces for the contractor's name, location, authorized signatory, and notary information, allowing for customization to each individual bidder's circumstances.
