About this file
This is an attachment document establishing price increase percentages for renewal periods under an on-call acquisition and relocation services contract issued by the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), solicitation number BPM006797. The document serves as a pricing submission form where offerors identify the maximum price increase percentages they may request if ADOT exercises its option to renew the contract. The contract includes four potential renewal periods, with offerors able to propose cumulative increases calculated against the original contract price rather than compounding increases. The submitted document shows proposed maximum increases of 0% for the first renewal period, 4% for the second, 6% for the third, and 8% for the fourth renewal period.
The document emphasizes critical pricing parameters for contract renewal negotiations. All percentage increases are computed against the original contract price, meaning each renewal period's allowable increase is independent of previous periods. For example, a 4% increase in the second renewal period is applied to the original contract price, not the renewed price from period one. The State of Arizona explicitly reserves the right to deny any price increase request at renewal and requires offerors to provide documentation substantiating the need for any requested increase at the time of renewal. If no increase percentages are submitted in the attachment, contract prices remain unchanged throughout all renewal periods.
