The document serves as a federal compliance certification for contractors, consultants, and subcontractors participating in federal-aid contracts. The certification must be signed and submitted with the bid or proposal, and the language must be included in all lower-tier subcontracts exceeding $100,000.
The certificate includes a Standard Form-LLL for disclosure of lobbying activities if any non-federal funds have been or will be paid to influence federal officials or Members of Congress. The form was signed by Sabrina Watson, Broker/Owner, on April 21, 2025, with contact information of 623-533-7955. The disclosure section indicates no continuation sheets were attached, and the form provides detailed instructions for completion of SF-LLL requirements per 31 U.S.C.
