This is a PRESOLICIATION notice. Period of Performance: 11/01/2021 to 10/31/2022 with four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a contract for the provision of 15 Substance Abuse Treatment Program (SATP) beds. Care shall include, but not be limited to, a supervised, alcohol and drug-free environment, active affiliation with Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) programs, supportive Social Service, structured and group activities, physical activities, and individual counseling as required (with special emphasis on vocational rehabilitation in collaboration with VA program resources). It is further agreed that beneficiaries receiving care under this contract shall receive basic health and personal hygiene maintenance, monitoring of medications, and any other service or supplies normally provided without extra charge.
