x-Discipline 4 PM Resume- Not Proposed.pdf

This is a resume document indicating that Discipline 4 expertise was not proposed for the Arizona Department of Transportation's On Call Transit Consultant Services procurement (Solicitation BPM007068). The RFP seeks to establish multiple contracts for multimodal transit consulting services across six primary disciplines: Transit Planning Studies, Transit Planning Tasks, Transit Operations Planning, Transit Operations Tasks, Strategic Planning, and Coordination and Mobility Management Projects. Contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis through individual task assignments over a twelve-month initial contract term with potential extension up to forty-eight months total. The solicitation is structured to support diverse transit-related entities, particularly focusing on rural and small urban transit services, transportation for elderly and disabled populations, and transit planning initiatives. Proposals were due by September 10, 2025.

Reimbursement will be provided based on hourly rates for actual work performed, with each task assignment detailing specific scopes of work, expected deliverables, and performance metrics. The contract is funded through federal transit programs including FTA Sections 5311, 5310, and 5305. The procurement establishes a 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal, though DBE participation is encouraged. Eligible respondents include federally recognized tribal agencies, councils of governments, metropolitan planning organizations, non-profits, local governments, and transit authorities. The procurement approach allows ADOT significant flexibility in accessing specialized transit consulting services as needed throughout the contract period.
