About this file
This document outlines requirements for a federal contract to provide emergency power services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks contractors to install, fuel, operate, maintain and repair government-provided diesel generators ranging from 5KW to 3MW at critical facilities following natural or man-made disasters. Critical facilities include hospitals, water infrastructure, shelters and other lifesaving or life-sustaining sites. Contractors must be able to deploy resources within 21-24 hours of a task order. The contract consists of four geographic regions with values up to $75-110 million. Awards will be made using a best value tradeoff method. Offerors must submit technical and price proposals by 30 days after a March 5th anticipated solicitation date. The System for Award Management database must be utilized for registration purposes.
