About this file
This document provides details on a federal contract opportunity for Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) Temporary Emergency Power services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District will award four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts for generator set installation, operation, maintenance and repair services in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency during disaster response. The contracts will be divided into four geographical quadrants covering the contiguous U.S. and territories. Contractors may bid on one or more quadrants, with contract values ranging from $75 million to $110 million depending on the region. Services will involve assessing power needs, installing, fueling and maintaining generator sets from 5KW to 3MW at critical public facilities. The contractor must be able to mobilize resources within 21-24 hours of a task order. Award will be made using a best value tradeoff process evaluating technical and price proposals submitted in response to a solicitation planned for March 2018, with proposals due 30 days later.
