The contracts have a one-year base period and four one-year options with performance through 2023.

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Change the contract capacity to Unlimited and change capacity levels to "Total Estimated Requirement"; 2) Provide responses to contractor questions received; 3) Amend the PWS and RFP language in response to contractor questions; 4) Provide additional language for Clause 52.228-3, Worker's Compensation Insurance (Defense Base Act); 5) Incorporate revised Attachments 1, 8, 15, and Revised Template Table A3-1; 6) Extend the hour and date specified for receipt of proposals to 11:00 AM EST on May 15, 2018; and 7) Incorporate other minor changes to Sections L and M. See Summary of Changes for details.
