About this file
This notice announces a requirements contract for generator set support services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will require contractors in four geographical regions to assess power needs, install, fuel, operate, maintain and repair generators ranging from 5KW to 3MW at critical public facilities for up to five years. Contractors must be able to mobilize resources within 21-24 hours of a task order and will be responsible for generator services in response to natural or man-made disasters. The total contract values will not exceed $75 million for regions one and two, $75 million for region three, and $110 million for region four. Proposals for the firm-fixed price contract with some reimbursable items will be due 30 days following a 5 March 2018 anticipated solicitation date. Award may be made based on a best value tradeoff evaluation of technical and price proposals.
