About this file
This document contains a rate schedule and description of a federal contract opportunity for temporary emergency power services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks to award four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide generator sets, fuel, operation, maintenance and repair services to critical public facilities during natural or man-made disasters. The total contract value will not exceed $75 million for each of the first three regions or $110 million for the fourth region. Contractors may bid on any or all regions. The contract term consists of a base year and four one-year options. Services will be ordered through task orders with the contractor expected to mobilize resources within 21-24 hours of assignment. Proposals are due 30 days after a March 5, 2018 anticipated solicitation date. Award will be made on a best value tradeoff basis evaluating technical and price factors.
