About this file
This is a Request for Discussions/Negotiations email from the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) to a selected proposer regarding RFP #BPM007036 for Community Accountability Program Services for Community Corrections. The original RFP was posted on July 7, 2025, with proposals due by July 25, 2025. ADCRR has invited the proposer to a virtual discussion/negotiation meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 9:30 AM MST via Google Meet to address the pricing component of the submitted proposal. The meeting will focus on the "BPM007036 - Community Accountability Program Services for Community Corrections - Pricing Document" attachment.
ADCRR has requested that the proposer reduce its pricing to align more closely with the agency's current and future budget appropriations, fiscal restraints, and industry market trends. The procurement specialist, Brianda Romero, emphasizes the time-sensitive nature of the negotiation process and requests the proposer acknowledge availability for the scheduled meeting or propose alternative dates and times within the following week, along with providing email addresses for additional firm representatives who may participate.
