About this file

This file is an Excel-based Agency Information Requirements Evaluation Matrix for the Nebraska State Patrol's (NSP) Request for Proposal (RFP) Number NSP7149 Z1 for a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Mobile Data System. The document details 10-8 Systems LLC's comprehensive response to the state's requirements, covering 728 total line items across CAD, Mobile, Interfaces, Fire, EMS, and other functional categories. The proposal aims to provide a statewide CAD environment supporting multiple dispatch centers, with capabilities for call taking, dispatching, mapping, reporting, and integration with over 20 existing systems. The vendor demonstrates compliance with 585 requirements currently, with 7 items not complying, 65 partially complying, and 71 marked as future capabilities to be developed before go-live.

The evaluation matrix reveals a complex technological solution requiring integration with systems like Niche RMS, Motorola APX, Active Directory, body-worn cameras, and state/national databases. The proposed system must support approximately 350 mobile users across multiple communication centers, handle 197,500 annual calls, and comply with NENA NG-911 standards. While specific pricing is not detailed in this document, the comprehensive matrix indicates the solution will require significant customization, with 10-8 Systems noting many features can be configured based on agency requirements. The vendor emphasizes their ability to develop custom interfaces, create agency-specific configurations, and implement features through collaborative implementation with the Nebraska State Patrol.
