About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract for facilities primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility in Virginia. The Navy seeks to award more than six contracts for construction and design-build projects valued at a minimum of $5,000 each. Eligible projects include large general construction across multiple Navy locations. The amendment provides responses to offeror questions, allowing the use of multiple lead architecture and engineering firms and confirming that relevant experience includes managing simultaneous projects under different contracts. It also modifies submission requirements for responsibility determination information.
