5. Provides response to PPIs 12-15, 17, 19, 21 as listed below.

# Reference Question Government Response Page Sect Para 12 Due date extension please for the following reasons:

1. All information needed has not been received by the Government to date.

2. For any GC it takes about 4-5 days to gain approval from upper management to pursue project.

3. There will be many people out the week of Thanksgiving.

4. No site visit scheduled to date.

5. Those reasons above only give two weeks to put this proposal together. An impossible task.

6. The week between Christmas and New Years has been planned by many, many people to be off of work.

7. So….we respectfully ask for an extension to at least January 19, 2021 for a new proposal due date.

8. We would like to ask to have an answer back from the Government on this by Tuesday, November 22, 2020.

See Amendment 0005.

13 A md

SF30 0001 Request extension of the due date for the proposal from 15 December 2020 to 19 January 2021. Proposers must evaluate the solicitation for risk but all of the information is not yet available (Liquidated Damages, Site Visit). We want to provide responsible proposals with solid subcontractor participation. With the Thanksgiving Holiday next week and the Christmas Holiday shortly after, extending the due date to January 19 will ensure the Government gets more participation and solid covereage from the subcontracting community. Please consider.

See Amendment 0005.
