Ensure all EUHW can be deployed on either NIPR or SIPR Networks.
All Computer hardware will contain built-in wireless capability. This wireless solution shall comply with 802.11-2007 standards, and supports a minimum 256-bit encryption capability. Desktop Versions will have ability to have the Wireless capability removed. (Zero Client excluded)
All Hardware will have the Wireless capability enabled as default - unless specified in the order.
Be able to process core build security applications and group policy objects (GPOs), as well as other business applications included in the core build allowing for user multi-tasking
Have enough memory and processor speed, in accordance with SOTS process (Section 3.2.4), to allow the user to open multiple applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other business applications) and allow the user to multi-task between those open applications, while using multiple display outputs to display on multiple screens or monitors at the same time.
All devices and components shall be Business Class model computer line (unless specified otherwise) and shall be new. They cannot be used, refurbished, or grey market goods.
Be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, in accordance with TAA (19 U.S.C. 2501, et seq.) of 1979 (R-XX, Appendix A).

All graphics outputs, including zero clients, shall support 1920x1080 output or higher (this includes embedded portable displays).
Video display outputs are listed in ascending order of quality: VGA, DVI (DVI-I or DVI-D), Display Port, HDMI.
Any format of the specific output port is acceptable for meeting video output thresholds (mDP and DP are equivalent). If the output port is not the full size port, an appropriate dongle or connector allowing connection of a full sized cable is required (i.e., mDP requires a conversion to DP).
FCC Class B Compliant.
Laptop computer batteries shall be replaced upon failure
All Cameras will be disabled by default unless specified in the order.
All computers shall be certified to meet the minimum “Bronze” performance criteria per the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT)
