About this file
This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and information about a related federal contract opportunity.
The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a contractor to provide the Government Property Inventory Report to the Marine Corps on a monthly basis. This report must include real-time inventory and shipping status updates in Microsoft Excel format on receipt, integration, and disposition of all government-furnished equipment. It also requires the contractor to identify any non-compliant items and corrective actions for issues affecting delivery schedules. The reports are due within 10 days of the reporting period and the contractor has 5 days to address government comments.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command to provide End User Hardware as a Service and supply to the Department of the Navy. Required hardware includes laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals to support over 100,000 users on various Navy and Marine Corps networks. The contract will have both fixed-price and cost-reimbursement line items over a potential 9-year period of performance. Proposals are due by September 14, 2018 and the contract is not restricted to small businesses.
