About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a Contractor Personnel Access List to be provided on a monthly basis to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). It requires an Excel spreadsheet with encrypted password protection containing personnel details, network access levels, certifications, and security incident summaries. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from SPAWAR to provide End User Hardware as a Service and supplies in support of the Naval Enterprise Networks Program Management Office requirements. The solicitation will be released on or around July 31, 2018 with a closing date of around September 14, 2018. The single-award IDIQ contract will have both FFP and cost reimbursement line items over a potential nine-year period of performance. The requirement is to obtain EUHW as a service and supply for use on the Department of the Navy's unclassified and classified networks, including laptops, desktops, and associated peripherals.
