About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines requirements for a Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) to be submitted under a Navy contract. The contractor must develop a PPIP according to the guidelines in the Program Protection Plan (PPP) appendix and submit it for government approval within 45 days of contract award. The initial PPIP and any updates required by PPP changes must be submitted for a 15-day review period. The PPIP should be marked and handled according to classification procedures in the PPP and submitted electronically to the Navy in the specified template format.
A related federal contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide End User Hardware as a Service and supply to the Department of the Navy. The solicitation will be issued on July 31st with proposals due September 14th. The single-award contract would have both fixed-price and cost-reimbursement line items over a nine-year period to provide workstations, peripherals, and associated hardware maintenance and disposition services to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, Outside Continental United States Enterprise Naval Enterprise Network, and Marine Corps Enterprise Network.
