About this file
This document appears to be a presentation on the CIO Chargeback/Showback Reporting requirements for the MDA IT Operations & Engineering Solutions (MIOES) contract opportunity.
The presentation outlines the purpose of the chargeback/showback reporting, which is to provide information to MIOES bidders on the Agency's approved chargeback requirements. It highlights that the Office of the CIO provides both core services (Agency funded) and non-core services (Fee-for-Service), and that the chargeback model has been in place since 2012 and is currently under review and modification.
The key bidder requirements include tracking and reporting on all hardware and software assets managed by the contractor, ensuring the asset list remains updated, providing authoritative lists of hardware and software, tracking items from procurement through retirement, identifying the cost of services, developing cost models for existing and new services, and providing a dashboard of services and costs with controlled access.
